Roster:
6-8 players per game
Open Roster Concept:
Teams can have a set roster or an open roster to switch rosters based on the need of the game/team. Also, players can play for multiple teams if necessary. Each team manager needs to work with their team to have a roster ready for every game. Every player needs to be officially registered with at least one (1) team.

House Teams:
Heart and Sole Futsal Academy will form house teams for players who would like to participate, but could not participate with their club team. Contact us to be placed on a house team.

Futsal Coach Included
The league will provide a Futsal coach from Heart and Sole Futsal Academy to each team for every game. The coach will be ready to teach and help participants execute specific futsal skills and tactical concepts. The coaching methodology and tactical execution aligns with the objectives of the Catalyst Foundation's Program. The assignment of a coach per team / game allows Catalyst coaches to focus on their soccer curriculum and activities.

Futsal Training Sponsored by the League
Catalyst players participating in the league are welcome to attend ONE of the Heart and Sole futsal sessions per week at free of cost. The sessions are being offered Monday and Friday nights every week. Heart and Sole will provide more information for participants to register for these sessions.
